Health & The Bible

How to become healthy from a Biblical standpoint.

  1. Pray to God about it. (It's the most and least you can do for yourself or someone else.)
  2. What do you think is causing your problem? Make that change in your life.
  3. Ask the Elders to pray and anoint you with oil. Experience the power of prayer in numbers.
  4. Keep your focus on God by serving his will. Seek God and find inner peace.

Don't become obsessed with your body and your health.
(1 Timothy 4: vs. 8) 

Just take care of it the way God intended by using his creation. Remember, you have to live in your body the rest of your life and it is the temple for the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 3: vs. 16)

Genesis 1:31 "And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day." God created everything we ever needed.
